For a quick and healthy dinner, this baked salmon with lemon and herbs is a go-to option. It’s light, full of flavor, and ready in under 25 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or dill
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:
