Prep your breakfast the night before and wake up to a ready-to-eat, healthy meal. Overnight oats are perfect for busy mornings and totally customizable.

Ingredients (Base):

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk (any type)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

Popular Add-ins:

  • Banana + berries + cinnamon
  • Peanut butter + cocoa nibs
  • Apple + walnuts + cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Mix all base ingredients in a jar or container.
  2. Add your favorite toppings.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Enjoy cold or warm the next day.
