Caprese Stuffed Avocados – Fresh & No-Cook

A refreshing no-cook recipe that’s perfect for warm days. Creamy avocado, juicy tomatoes, and mozzarella make this a light but flavorful vegetarian dish.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- Fresh basil leaves
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Scoop out some avocado to make space.
- In a bowl, mix tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
- Season and spoon into avocado halves.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve chilled.
