One-Pot Creamy Tomato Pasta – Comfort in a Bowl

When you’re craving comfort food but don’t want to make a mess, this one-pot creamy tomato pasta is your go-to. It’s fast, creamy, and family-approved.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 1 ½ cups tomato sauce
- ½ cup heavy cream or coconut cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté garlic in olive oil.
- Add tomato sauce and cream. Stir well.
- Return pasta to pot and mix to coat.
