Ingredients (Base):
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup milk (any type)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Popular Add-ins:
- Banana + berries + cinnamon
- Peanut butter + cocoa nibs
- Apple + walnuts + cinnamon
Instructions:
- Mix all base ingredients in a jar or container.
